Delivery & Returns

To return shoes for exchange or refund, simply return your purchase with a copy of your receipt within 30 days in accordance with these terms. Shoes must be unworn and in original condition in their box.

Post through Australia Post to:
Peter Sheppard Footwear (Level 2, 267 Collins Street, Melbourne, Victoria, 3000).
Please be sure to indicate your reason for return in writing. For your protection, we advise that you send by registered post. We are unable to offer a refund or an exchange on any handbags, accessories or sale items, unless the item is faulty.

*A $10 postage fee applies to any orders without shoes

You can also order online and collect your purchase from in-store at no cost. During the checkout process you can choose to collect the items in your shopping bag from our store. Your order will be processed and prepared for collection.

ITEMS RETURNED FOR REASONS OTHER THAN FAULTY ITEMS OR MIS-DESCRIPTION OF ITEMS

You can return an item for an exchange or credit note provided that:
- you return it within 30 days of delivery to you; and
- the item has not been worn and is in its original condition.

Simply return your purchase along with a copy of your receipt within 30 days of delivery to you. Upon your return we will offer you an exchange for another item or a different size or colour and we will charge you for the difference if the newly selected item has a higher price, or we will provide a store credit if the newly selected item has a lower price.

FAULTY ITEMS

Please refer to the Terms & Conditions page on this website under the heading “Your Statutory Guarantees-Refunds”. If an item is faulty please specify details in writing when returning the item. Faulty items must be returned within a reasonable time after they have been delivered to you.

An item is faulty if it is: - different in colour to the advertised and ordered colour; or
- or different in size to the ordered size; or
- different in quality and finish or country of origin to the that advertised

We may offer to repair items or we will provide you with a full refund or replacement of the faulty items on their return.

Please note that if an item is damaged as a result of normal wear or negligence it will not be deemed to be faulty. All shoes must be taken for assessment and if possible we may offer to repair faulty items. If the product is not repairable and the same item is not available for exchange you are entitled for a full refund in the original tender.
