Q. Where are the shoes made?
Our shoes are made from all parts of the world, e.g. America, Italy, Spain and Germany are just a few.
Q. Can I get a refund if shoes do not fit?
When purchasing online, if the shoe is not satisfactory, a full refund or exchange is available. Shoes must be returned in their original condition & box within 14 days of arrival, along with a copy of your receipt. Refunds will only be processed by our Mail Order Department. Exchanges can be processed throught any of our stores.
Q. Can I exchange, if I change my mind?
If you change your mind you can exchange for something else, or get a Credit Note for a later purchase. Exchanges can be processed through any of our stores.
Q. How long will it take to receive them?
All shoes are posted via Australia Post and take 7 to 10 working days.
Q. How much is the delivery?
Depending on how many shoes are purchased will depend on the postage cost. See the postage chart for cost.
Q. What size is 8.5 e.g. in European fitting?
An Aus./US size 8.5 is a European 39. See sizing chart for a complete quide.
Q. How can I clean my shoes?
We have a comprehensive range of shoe care and cleaning products available for leathers, suedes and fabrics. When speaking to one of our staff, they will advise you accordingly.
Q. Do you have a matching handbag?
We have a range of handbags and our staff can advise you accordingly.
Q. Do I get a discount for purchasing several pairs of shoes?
All prices of our shoes are based on the “recommended retail prices” and we do not enter into price cutting.
