DELIVERY & RETURNS




To return shoes for an exchange or refund, simply return your purchase with a copy of your receipt within 30 days in accordance with these terms. Shoes must be unworn and in original condition in their box.

*Please return shoes in their original box. The shoe box should not be used as a parcel.

Please be sure to indicate your reason for return in writing or via email ([email protected]). Otherwise, please contact our mail order team on 1800 335 187 who will be able to assist you further.

For your protection, we advise that you send by registered post. We are unable to offer a refund or an exchange on any accessories, unless the item is faulty.

*A $10 postage fee applies to shoe care.

You can also order online and collect your purchase from in-store at no cost. During the checkout process you can choose to collect the items in your shopping bag from our store.

Your order will be processed and prepared for collection. You will be contacted when the order is ready to be collected.

ITEMS RETURNED FOR REASONS OTHER THAN FAULTY OR MISDESCRIPTION

You can return an item for an exchange or credit note provided that:
- you return it within 30 days of delivery to you; and
- the item has not been worn and is in its original condition.

Simply return your purchase along with a copy of your receipt within 30 days of delivery. Upon your return, we will offer you an exchange for another item or a different size or colour.

FAULTY ITEMS

If an item is faulty, please contact our mail order team on 1800 335 187 who will be able to assist you further. Faulty items must be returned within a reasonable time after they have been delivered to you.

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer & not Peter Sheppard Footwear.
