Every staff member is carefully chosen from applicants who have demonstrated an exceptionally genuine care for customers, and to make sure every trip to our stores is a memorable experience. Staff are then carefully trained in the culture of fitting shoes correctly to offer the customer the ultimate in comfort.

We do not pay commission on sales because we don't believe that this lends itself to our standard of productivity. Productivity comes from our core value of offering a genuine and caring service. So that our customers are happy and are always returning to us, as well as becoming advocates for our business by telling their friends and family of their experience.
