In light of COVID-19, we have made some adjustments in store to ensure we can continue to offer a safe in store shopping experience.
MELBOURNE STORE UPDATE 27 OCTOBER 2020
As of Wednesday 28 October 2020, our Melbourne store will be open with reduced trading hours. A COVID-Safe plan is in place, and in line with government requirements we have temporarily changed our approach to fitting:
- Please wear a mask. Some exceptions may apply. For more information please visit the DHHS website
- We will measure your feet however customers must wear a stocking to try shoes on. We will not be allowing customers to wear their own socks
If you require a shoe horn, we have plenty of sanitised shoe horns available for you to use
With the exception of when customers are being fitted, staff will be practicing the suggested 1.5m of social distancing when guiding you through the store
Our staff will be happy to discuss your fitting and suggest styles suitable
Appointment bookings are available for our customers who wish to schedule their visit with a staff member. Please call our Store Manager Golfo on (03) 9654 1179 or email us to book your appointment.
If you are not within 25km of our store, you can book an online shopping appointment to chat to one of our staff members via video and view shoes on foot.

Please visit the stores page for more information. To ensure we meet the 4sqm per person legislative requirement, the maximum number of people (including staff) allowed in our stores at any one time is
- Melbourne: 50
- Sydney: 50
- Brisbane: 20
DISPOSABLE MASKS, GLOVES & STOCKINGS
We have disposable masks, gloves and stockings for our customers to wear while shopping in store. These are not mandatory but simply a way to make some customers feel more safe.
Please help us enforce a safe social-distance. Keep 1.5m away from staff (unless you give permission to be fitted) and other customers at all times when you shop in store.
STOP THE SPREAD
Please do not enter any of our stores if you have travelled overseas in the past 14 days, have been in close contact with someone who has been diagnosed with COVID-19 or you are experiencing symptoms such as a fever, coughing, a sore throat or shortness of breath. Staff have the right to refuse to fit you should they deem you unwell.
TAP & GO
Please refrain from using cash. If possible, please tap and go with your card when making a purchase.
We have increased the frequency and intensity of our already vigilant cleaning practices. Our staff have been fully briefed on the guidelines provided by the Government. All hand rails, display units, benches, phones, keyboards, pin pads and brannocks will be cleaned and gloves will be available for staff and customers.
