Login to your Peter Sheppard online account and click on "MY ORDERS" to find the item you want to resell.
Step 2
Find and click "RESELL WITH AUTHENTIFIED" under the item you want to list.
Step 3
90% of your listing is now complete. All you need to add is a current photo and information regarding the item's condition.
Step 4
Login or create an account with Authentified to complete your listing.
Only shop in-store? You can list any purchase you made in a Peter Sheppard store, so long as you provided your email address at checkout. Simply create an online account using the same email address you used in store and your order history will automatically appear!

How does Authentified work?

Our team of Consignment Experts then manage the listing on your behalf to sell it for the best possible price.
Is Authentified a marketplace?
Authentified is not a marketplace. Rather, it’s a consignment platform with a team of experts who manage the end-to-end resale of your pre-loved threads through trusted marketplaces like eBay.
Can I list my item on other marketplaces?
No, because there’s no need to. Authentified is not a marketplace. Rather, we’re your sales agent. That means we’ll list, manage and help sell your item on trusted marketplaces like eBay on your behalf. That way, you can spend more time doing what you love and less time responding to questions like “Is this still available?”.
Can I sell any clothes on Authentified?
Currently, you can only sell clothes purchased through Authentified’s participating brands.
How does Authentified’s expert price recommendation work?
When you list an item with Authentifed, you can set your own price, or leave it to our team of experts. They’ll review your item and its current condition, along with a range of product data including the sale price of similar items and buyer demand. Based on this information, they’ll then suggest a recommended price and maximum discount for your approval.
How do I receive money for items I sell?
When you list an item on Authentified you’ll be asked to nominate your preferred bank account for payment. When the item sells, you’ll be asked to send the item to its new owner. As soon as your item is scanned into the Australia Post system, payment will be deposited into your account.
Does Authentified take a commission?
Yes. Authentified takes a flat 13.5% commission from the total value of each sale. We put 1% of this commission toward marketing and promotion of your listing to get you a quicker sale.
What if my item doesn’t sell?
We aim to sell every item listed within 30 days. If your item is yet to sell after this time, one of our consignment experts will be in touch. You can choose to relist the item at a lower price to increase interest, cancel your listing or donate your item to our partners at Salvos Stores.
Is there an Authentified app?
Authentified has only recently launched, so at this time there is no app. But we’re moving fast so watch this space.
