Elevation is for the taking this season in the impressive Bowie heel. Adorning a gorgeous bow atop the toe, this heel uses an abundance of premium leather to cut a feminine silhouette. Its 7cm heel is transformed in a block shape so no matter how much height is needed, all-day (and night) comfort will not be compromised.

DELIVERY FEES

We offer FREE standard postage for all domestic orders over $100. For orders under $100, postage is $10. If you require your item urgently, we recommend Express Post (AU) which is available for $15. 

International delivery fees are calculated and displayed at checkout by our international shipping carrier. International fees may vary depending on the destination.  

Peter Sheppard Footwear may periodically run promotions where shipping is free or reduced.

Peter Sheppard Footwear offers complimentary return postage for Australian domestic orders if you choose to exchange your order to another style, colour or size. Postage to return an item for a refund will be charged to the customer. International return postage for exchanges and refunds will be charged to the customer.

FAULTY ITEMS

Please refer to the Terms & Conditions page on this website under the heading “Your Statutory Guarantees-Refunds”. If an item is faulty please specify details in writing when returning the item. Faulty items must be returned within a reasonable time after they have been delivered to you.
An item is faulty if it is:
- different in colour to the advertised and ordered colour; or
- or different in size to the ordered size; or
- different in quality and finish or country of origin to the that advertised
We may offer to repair items or we will provide you with a full refund or replacement of the faulty items on their return.
Please note that if an item is damaged as a result of normal wear or negligence it will not be deemed to be faulty. All shoes must be taken for assessment and if possible we may offer to repair faulty items. If the product is not repairable and the same item is not available for exchange you are entitled for a full refund in the original tender.

Wide feet friendly and comfortable

I purchased these heels for a wedding and they were perfect. Despite being labelled as a medium fit, I found the toe area very spacious and wide foot friendly - the leather across the toe is also super soft and accomodating. The block heel and ankle strap also make walking and standing comfortable.
