DELIVERY FEES

We offer FREE standard postage for all domestic orders over $100. For orders under $100, postage is $10. If you require your item urgently, we recommend Express Post (AU) which is available for $15. 

International delivery fees are calculated and displayed at checkout by our international shipping carrier. International fees may vary depending on the destination.  

Peter Sheppard Footwear may periodically run promotions where shipping is free or reduced. 

REFUND POLICY FOR SHOES PURCHASED ONLINE (EXCLUDING AFTERPAY & KLARNA ORDERS)

Peter Sheppard Footwear offers complimentary return postage for Australian domestic orders if you choose to exchange your order to another style, colour or size. Postage to return an item for a refund will be charged to the customer. International return postage for exchanges and refunds will be charged to the customer.

FAULTY ITEMS

Please refer to the Terms & Conditions page on this website under the heading “Your Statutory Guarantees-Refunds”. If an item is faulty please specify details in writing when returning the item. Faulty items must be returned within a reasonable time after they have been delivered to you.
An item is faulty if it is:
- different in colour to the advertised and ordered colour; or
- or different in size to the ordered size; or
- different in quality and finish or country of origin to the that advertised
We may offer to repair items or we will provide you with a full refund or replacement of the faulty items on their return.
Please note that if an item is damaged as a result of normal wear or negligence it will not be deemed to be faulty. All shoes must be taken for assessment and if possible we may offer to repair faulty items. If the product is not repairable and the same item is not available for exchange you are entitled for a full refund in the original tender.

Castalo shoe, CallagHan

I love the Castalo from CallagHan - The fit is great on my foot, and feels great too - I find that a constant with the CallagHan brand, and now have several models. Castalo feels very light, but is sturdy enough to remain wonderfully supportive all day. The look is casual, but smart, so it's quite

a versatile style - I'll wear it mostly with pants, but it would also work well with dresses or skirts.

I chose it in Blue ( it's also available in white), and the Blue is lovely - quite an intense colour, but with lots of life. Another winner from a great company!
