We do not offer refunds for purchases made using Afterpay if you simply change your mind. If you have used Afterpay and wish to return your shoes, Peter Sheppard Footwear will offer a credit note or exchange. In order for us to process a credit note or return, shoes must be unworn and in original condition in their box.
To return shoes for exchange or refund, simply return your purchase with a copy of your receipt within 30 days in accordance with these terms. Shoes must be unworn and in original condition in their box. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
