FAULTY ITEMS

Please refer to the Terms & Conditions page on this website under the heading “Your Statutory Guarantees-Refunds”. If an item is faulty please specify details in writing when returning the item. Faulty items must be returned within a reasonable time after they have been delivered to you.
An item is faulty if it is:
- different in colour to the advertised and ordered colour; or
- or different in size to the ordered size; or
- different in quality and finish or country of origin to the that advertised
We may offer to repair items or we will provide you with a full refund or replacement of the faulty items on their return.
Please note that if an item is damaged as a result of normal wear or negligence it will not be deemed to be faulty. All shoes must be taken for assessment and if possible we may offer to repair faulty items. If the product is not repairable and the same item is not available for exchange you are entitled for a full refund in the original tender.

Nice shoe for ladies with sturdy feet!

I ordered an EU 38 and a half in this style but they sent a UK 6, however an EU 38 and a half is a UK 5 and a half. I took them back to PS and tried a UK 5 and a half but the front part had a large gap between my foot and the shoe and so was unsuitable as my foot wasn't secure while walking. I think these shoes would be suitable for ladies with sturdy feet which a larger depth between the sole and the front of the foot. For example my foot is only 3cm in depth at the front. I exchanged these shoes for a bag as I saw one I liked. One thing to be careful of if ordering online is to determine which sizing system the brand uses. Some are EU, some UK, some AU, some USA. All these brands have differences in their sizing and do not convert one to one. Staff at PS in Brisbane always helpful and professional.
