Nowhere on the website was mentioned that these shoes were damaged on the buckle and no one checked them before sending them. I’ve sent an email that wasn’t replied and had to call to have the issue resolved. Although the problem was resolved to my satisfaction I feel the online customer support is poor. Since the in-store customer support in Melbourne and Brisbane stores is excellent, I was not expecting such a poor support online.
