DELIVERY FEES

We offer FREE standard postage for all domestic orders over $100. For orders under $100, postage is $10. If you require your item urgently, we recommend Express Post (AU) which is available for $15. 

International delivery fees are calculated and displayed at checkout by our international shipping carrier. International fees may vary depending on the destination.  

Peter Sheppard Footwear may periodically run promotions where shipping is free or reduced. 

REFUND POLICY FOR SHOES PURCHASED ONLINE (EXCLUDING AFTERPAY & KLARNA ORDERS)

Peter Sheppard Footwear offers complimentary return postage for Australian domestic orders if you choose to exchange your order to another style, colour or size. Postage to return an item for a refund will be charged to the customer. International return postage for exchanges and refunds will be charged to the customer. 

A request for a refund or exchange can be completed online. Requests must be made within 30 days or receiving your order. Please visit our online returns portal here. Please note that no refunds are given for orders made through Afterpay or Klarna. See our separate policy below. 

 For us to process your return or exchange, items must be unworn and in original condition in their box. For your protection, we advise that you send using our online returns portal. We are unable to offer a refund or an exchange on any handbags or accessories, unless the item is faulty.

FAULTY ITEMS

Please refer to the Terms & Conditions page on this website under the heading “Your Statutory Guarantees-Refunds”. If an item is faulty please specify details in writing when returning the item. Faulty items must be returned within a reasonable time after they have been delivered to you.
An item is faulty if it is:
- different in colour to the advertised and ordered colour; or
- or different in size to the ordered size; or
- different in quality and finish or country of origin to the that advertised
We may offer to repair items or we will provide you with a full refund or replacement of the faulty items on their return.
Please note that if an item is damaged as a result of normal wear or negligence it will not be deemed to be faulty. All shoes must be taken for assessment and if possible we may offer to repair faulty items. If the product is not repairable and the same item is not available for exchange you are entitled for a full refund in the original tender.

City casual.

Love them. They look good with black of course but work surprisingly well with other colours too. They are a little wide for me but an inner sole with instep support has made them comfortable.

So Comfortable!

I have VERY difficult feet due to a high arch & high instep. This shoe from Waldlaufer is what I've been searching for. I've been looking for a black sneaker that doesn't look to heavy and the silver writing achieves that. I also like the light grey sole, which adds to the relative 'lightness' and won't look dirty as quickly as white. I bought the Wiska Blue instore and was then confident to buy online as I knew it would be a good fit. Very pleased!
