DISPATCH TIMES

 

We endeavour to process and dispatch all online orders within 1-2 business days from the order being placed, unless otherwise stated. Following dispatch, you will be notified via email with a tracking number with live updates.

 

Please note: During peak periods like Public Holidays, or the day after Public Holidays, dispatch times may be longer. The above times are estimates only, we recommend getting in as early as possible to ensure your item is received on time.

We offer FREE standard postage for all domestic orders over $100. For orders under $100, postage is $10. If you require your item urgently, we recommend Express Post (AU) which is available for $15. 

International delivery fees are calculated and displayed at checkout by our international shipping carrier. International fees may vary depending on the destination.  

Peter Sheppard Footwear may periodically run promotions where shipping is free or reduced. 

We now offer same day and next day delivery for Melbourne & Sydney Metro postcodes. You must be at a residential address to accept your delivery between 6-9pm. Same day and next day delivery is not available to PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers or business addresses. You will receive email and SMS notifications between 6pm and 9pm when your delivery is en route to you with an estimated time of arrival. 

Same Day Delivery 

Place your order by 2pm on Monday – Friday to receive your order to a residential address between 6-9pm the same evening. Orders placed after 2pm on Fridays or anytime on a weekend or public holiday will be shipped on the next business day. Please see below for ‘next day delivery’.  

Next Day Delivery 

Place your order after 2pm on Monday – Thursday and receive your order the next business day to a residential address between 6-9pm. Orders placed after 2pm on Fridays will not be delivered on the weekend or on a public holiday.   

Same Day and Next Day Delivery Eligibility  

If your order is eligible for same day or next day delivery, the option will be made available at checkout once the delivery address has been entered. If you do not see same day or next day delivery as an option at checkout, this means your order or your postcode is not eligible for the service.  

Terms & Conditions 

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and actual delivery times may vary. You may choose to authorise your order to be left unattended if you are not going to be home between 6-9pm however we do not take responsibility for any delays to your delivery, late deliveries, lost deliveries or failure to deliver.  

If your order is not delivered on the first attempt, a second attempt will be made on the next business day between 6-9pm. Failure to deliver on the second attempt will result in your order being returned to us and you may be liable for the redelivery costs.  

Our same day and next day delivery service relies on stock availability at our stores, and we are unable to offer same-day or next day delivery for orders where the stock is not available in the city of delivery.   

Peter Sheppard Footwear offers complimentary return postage if you choose to exchange your order to another style, colour or size. Postage to return an item for a refund will be charged to the customer. 

A request for a refund or exchange can be completed online. Requests must be made within 30 days or receiving your order. Please visit our online returns portal here. Please note that no refunds are given for orders made through Afterpay. See our separate policy below. 

 For us to process your return or exchange, items must be unworn and in original condition in their box. For your protection, we advise that you send using our online returns portal. We are unable to offer a refund or an exchange on any handbags or accessories, unless the item is faulty.

We do not offer refunds for orders made using Afterpay or Klarna. If you have used Afterpay or Klarna and wish to return your shoes, Peter Sheppard Footwear will issue a credit note or exchange.  

Peter Sheppard Footwear offers complimentary return postage if you choose to exchange your Afterpay or Klarna order to another style, colour or size. Postage to return an item for a credit note will be charged to the customer.

Please refer to the Terms & Conditions page on this website under the heading “Your Statutory Guarantees-Refunds”. If an item is faulty please specify details in writing when returning the item. Faulty items must be returned within a reasonable time after they have been delivered to you.An item is faulty if it is:
- different in colour to the advertised and ordered colour; or
- or different in size to the ordered size; or
- different in quality and finish or country of origin to the that advertised

We may offer to repair items or we will provide you with a full refund or replacement of the faulty items on their return. Please note that if an item is damaged as a result of normal wear or negligence it will not be deemed to be faulty. All shoes must be taken for assessment and if possible we may offer to repair faulty items. If the product is not repairable and the same item is not available for exchange you are entitled for a full refund in the original tender.
