Returns & Exchanges FAQs

Peter Sheppard Footwear offers complimentary return postage if you choose to exchange your order to another style, colour or size. Postage to return an item for a refund will be charged to the customer. 

A request for a refund or exchange can be completed online. Requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your order. Please visit our online returns portal here. Please note that no refunds are given for orders made through Afterpay. See our separate policy below. 

For us to process your return or exchange, items must be unworn and in original condition in their box. For your protection, we advise that you send using our online returns portal. We are unable to offer a refund or an exchange on any handbags or accessories, unless the item is faulty.  

We offer refunds, exchanges and credit notes subject to the following conditions.


REFUNDS

Full-priced items are eligible for a full refund, unless purchased with Afterpay.


AFTERPAY

We do not offer refunds for orders made using Afterpay. If you have used Afterpay and wish to return your shoes, Peter Sheppard Footwear will issue a credit note or exchange. 

FULL-PRICED ITEMS

Full-priced items are eligible for refund, exchange or store credit. Please note, full-priced orders placed with Afterpay are only eligible for a store credit or exchange.


SALE /OUTLET ITEMS

Sale items are eligible for refund, exchange or store credit. Please note, sale orders placed with Afterpay are only eligible for a store credit or exchange.


HANDBAGS & ACCESSORIES

Handbags and accessories orders are considered final and cannot be returned.


PROCESSING TIME FOR RETURNS

We endeavour to process refunds daily but please allow up to 3-5 business days for your return to be processed. You will receive email notification of when our team has received your return and again when it has been processed. 

Please refer to the Terms & Conditions page on this website under the heading “Your Statutory Guarantees-Refunds”.

If an item is faulty please specify details in writing when returning the item. Faulty items must be returned within a reasonable time after they have been delivered to you. An item is faulty if it is:

  1. - different in colour to the advertised and ordered colour; or
  2. - different in size to the ordered size; or
  3. - different in quality and finish or country of origin to the that advertised

We may offer to repair items or we will provide you with a full refund or replacement of the faulty items on their return. Please note that if an item is damaged as a result of normal wear or negligence it will not be deemed to be faulty. All shoes must be taken for assessment and if possible we may offer to repair faulty items. If the product is not repairable and the same item is not available for exchange you are entitled for a full refund in the original tender.

If you would like to return you purchase in-store, please ensure your return adheres to our Returns Policy above. Our stores can offer exchanges, credit notes or refunds.
