Peter Sheppard Footwear offers complimentary return postage if you choose to exchange your order to another style, colour or size. Postage to return an item for a refund will be charged to the customer.
A request for a refund or exchange can be completed online. Requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your order. Please visit our online returns portal here. Please note that no refunds are given for orders made through Afterpay. See our separate policy below.
For us to process your return or exchange, items must be unworn and in original condition in their box. For your protection, we advise that you send using our online returns portal. We are unable to offer a refund or an exchange on any handbags or accessories, unless the item is faulty.

Full-priced items are eligible for a full refund, unless purchased with Afterpay.

PROCESSING TIME FOR RETURNS
We endeavour to process refunds daily but please allow up to 3-5 business days for your return to be processed. You will receive email notification of when our team has received your return and again when it has been processed.
