Buying shoes on line can seem like a bit of challenge …not having that “try the shoes and get them fitted in the shop experience” can be a bit of a turn off.

However…

I ordered the size that we thought should be correct for my husband’s size 10.5 Aus. When they were unpacked they were a size too big. Oh dear!??

Here is the best part of this story…

I was able to easily download the free postal return label on line, repack them into the exact same wrapping they arrived in, popped the package into the local post office shop and the new pair arrived in 10 days. Meanwhile I received a number of messages to keep me informed of progress with the return and mail out of the smaller pair. Welll done Peter Shepherd for a smooth and no stress process.

My husband loves his new shoes. ❤️
