We offer FREE standard postage for all domestic orders over $100. For orders under $100, postage is $10. If you require your item urgently, we recommend Express Post (AU) which is available for $15. 

International delivery fees are calculated and displayed at checkout by our international shipping carrier. International fees may vary depending on the destination.

Peter Sheppard Footwear offers complimentary return postage for Australian domestic orders if you choose to exchange your order to another style, colour or size. FAULTY ITEMS

Please refer to the Terms & Conditions page on this website under the heading “Your Statutory Guarantees-Refunds”. If an item is faulty please specify details in writing when returning the item. Faulty items must be returned within a reasonable time after they have been delivered to you.
An item is faulty if it is:
- different in colour to the advertised and ordered colour; or
- or different in size to the ordered size; or
- different in quality and finish or country of origin to the that advertised
We may offer to repair items or we will provide you with a full refund or replacement of the faulty items on their return.
Please note that if an item is damaged as a result of normal wear or negligence it will not be deemed to be faulty. All shoes must be taken for assessment and if possible we may offer to repair faulty items. If the product is not repairable and the same item is not available for exchange you are entitled for a full refund in the original tender.

Not quite as expected

The sandals were more gold and darker beige than they appeared to be online. In photos online they appeared lighter in colour and the gold bits looked silver. They were also wider than the same width fitting in other brands but I can wear them comfortably with orthotics in to take up some of the room. This was the first time I have purchased a brand online without trying it on in shop beforehand. Probably wouldn’t do this for shoes again,
