These were a gift for our daughter, and had to be exchanged from a size 39 to 40. It was finally done through your on line outlet, where a wonderful lady named Rebecca saw to all my needs, with great care and friendliness. I cannot tell you how grateful I was and as a regular customer, she restored my faith in the store, as I was unable to exchange them in the city shop as I’d mislaid my docket, so it was sort of understandable. Rebecca found my docket, and was my guardian angel. She deserves a bonus!
My daughter loves them and the fit was perfect.

My daughter hasn’t actually received them yet, as the replacement size 40 pair are somewhere in the postal system, but having seen the initial ones, they are beautiful, and should be very happily received when I finally give them to her. I am SO grateful to your wonderful Rebecca for all the trouble she went to in finding a replacement for me of a larger size.
